After winning the interparty consultation of the Historical Pact on March 13, the candidate for the President of the Republic and current Senator for Human Colombia, Gustavo Petro, gave an interview to 'Juanpis González', the character of comedian Alejandro Riaño, where, in addition to discussing political issues, they talked about the love story of the politician and his wife, Verónica Alcócer.

Before welcoming Petro, the comedian began the program with one of his witty jokes, noting that, although he had been assured that the presidential candidate “filled seats”, by that time he did not even manage to fill the capacity of the stage they were on.

One of the points with which the comedian began the interview was reminding Petro of the moment when Ingrid Betancourt, also a presidential candidate, said in the middle of a debate that the current senator had suffered from depression during the 90s.

“I have some pills that Ingrid Betancourt sent me, the ingridpresol, for his damn depressions,” the humorist told Petro, while asking the presidential candidate to talk about it.

The current senator responded by denying Ingrid Betancourt's story and stating that she has never suffered from that disease. “I have never suffered from depression,” he told the presidential candidate for Juanpis González.

During 'The Juanpis Live Show', Alejandro Riaño, in his role as' Juanpis', also jokingly referred to Gustavo Petro's Englishman, questioning him that, if he arrives at Casa de Nariño, “how will he be with our greatest allies, how will he do with that English because he is going to 'screw' us with the United States?” , to which the congressman only replied that he could speak “in Spanish or in French”.

But Petro's interview with Juanpis González didn't just talk about politics. Minutes later, the comedian invited the wife of the current congressman, Verónica Alcócer, to share the stage with them to talk about how love between the two arose.

In the dialogue with the comedian, Alcócer was also questioned about what her first sleep with him (Petro)” was like, however, the congressman's wife did not want to go into details so she just laughed, while someone in the audience yelled at them: “They didn't sleep”.

In the interview, which lasts almost two hours, Petro also spoke with Juanpis about his presidential proposals, his opponents for the Casa de Nariño, as well as criticizing Duque's government.
