BENEFITS OF BUTTER AND ANISE
According to ArtStore Peru, butter has many properties for hair, nail and skin care. It has great moisturizing and nourishing power that improves skin flexibility, repairs and regenerates due to its vitamin F content. In addition, it is an excellent healing and effective against burns and scars due to its vitamins A, D, E and F.
On the other hand, anise — a plant of the umbelliferous family, with white flowers and aromatic seeds and a very pleasant taste — is also used in inputs, which fights colds and congestion. The reason is that it contains anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties, plus it relieves congestion and cleans the airways to fight asthma or bronchitis. Remember that it should not be abused in taking infusions (maximum 4 cups per day).
