- Hot water - 1/2 (cup)
- anise grains - 1 tablespoon
- Unprepared flour - 2 1/2 (cups)
- Unpalpable sugar - 1/2 (cup)
- Brown sugar - 1/4 (cup)
- salt - 1/2 (teaspoon)
- Vegetable butter - 3/4 (cups)
- Egg yolk - 1 (unit)

- Take half a cup of hot water and let stand for 5 minutes.
- Put 2 1/2 cups of unprepared flour on a plate.
- Then add the powdered sugar and brown sugar together with the flour. Mix the salt and vegetable butter with anise.
- Knead for 5 minutes and cover with a cloth or plastic bag for 2 hours.
- Then cut into 4 equal parts and knead them to form buttons. Line up the two dough sticks and intertwine each other to draw a circle.
- Next, place the donuts in a roasting pan with butter paper, spread the donuts with egg yolks on top of the dough and cover them with sesame seeds.
Bake at -180° for 15 minutes and allow to cool after molding.
