How to prepare crunchy butter and anise donuts - Peruvian recipe

- Hot water - 1/2 (cup)

- anise grains - 1 tablespoon

- Unprepared flour - 2 1/2 (cups)

- Unpalpable sugar - 1/2 (cup)

- Brown sugar - 1/4 (cup)

- salt - 1/2 (teaspoon)

- Vegetable butter - 3/4 (cups)

- Egg yolk - 1 (unit)

- Tama - (To taste)

prep

- Drink half a cup of hot water and let it rest for 5 minutes.

- 2 1/2 cups of unprepared flour should be sifted in a plate.

-Then add the powdered sugar and brown sugar together with the flour. Mix the salt and vegetable butter together with the infused anise.

- Knead for 5 minutes, cover with a cloth or plastic bag for 2 hours.

- Then cut into 4 equal parts, knead them and make buttons. Line up 2 dough sticks to entangle each other and form a circle.

- Then place the donuts in a roasting pan with butter paper and paint the donuts on the dough with egg yolks, covering them with sesame seeds.

- Bake at 180° for 15 minutes, then cool after molding.
