Authorities announced the capture of subjects reported to be responsible for sexual offenses against 12 women in Medellín.
The 33-year-old Andres Felipe Zapata Castrillon has been accused of violent physical access, violent sexual acts, and crimes of qualified theft. The Attorney General's Office announced that he has received insurance measures at the Prison Center for this sex offender in the capital of Antioquia.

According to what was established by the whistleblower, Andrés Felipe Zapata intercepted the victim in the mentioned place and identified himself as a member of a criminal group known as 'Convivir del Centro. '
In addition, he used sharp weapons to threaten women and drove them to hotels or places where there were no more people. When he entered the place, the man approached them physically and later stole his belongings.
The capture took place during an attempt to attack a 15-year-old girl.

According to information from the investigative agency, police officers turned to Andrés Felipe Zapata because they asked for help from a girl who asked for help to avoid being attacked by sex offenders.

Likewise, the prosecutor assured that “within the framework of the investigation, the defendant was identified as an aggressor by 12 victims.” He also reported that the charges against Andres Felipe Zapata Castrillon were not accepted.

César Augusto Cano Graciano, alias Paraco; and Edwin Jalinson Higuita Ortiz (Soldo), have been accused of aggravating crimes of forced migration, the use of minors for the commission of crimes, and violent physical access.
