New information about the legal battle between Andy Polo and his wife over the domestic violence case. This Tuesday, March 15, the lawyer of Genessis Alarcón linked live to the program Magaly TV La Firme to respond to the notarial letter that sent the current Universitario de Deportes player to the mother of his two children.
According to Claudia Zumaeta, Genessis's legal defender, the document sent by the footballer would be to put pressure on his wife, who cannot testify on television because she is in full civil trial in the United States. “It is to sow some kind of fear so that she cannot act,” the lawyer explained during the interview.

Zumaeta indicated that this time the lawsuit will not be filed as happened with another one filed in December 2021, since it has the necessary evidence to prove that Andy Polo did abuse his wife.
Similarly, the lawyer reported that an impediment to departure has been requested, now that the footballer has arrived in Peru to join Universitario de Deportes. “We call on the authorities to please support us, because the truth is very regrettable.
