Yanet Garcia lashed out at Marta Higareda for alleged infidelity by Lewis Howes

Although it has been several months since Yanet Garcia and Lewis Howes ended their approximately two-year courtship due to an alleged infidelity with Martha Higareda, the controversy was revived a few hours ago following a piece of advice shared by The Weather Girl for one of her followers who said she was going through a similar situation.

It was in mid-2021 when the former member of Hoy confirmed that she was no longer romantically involved with Lewis Howes, a former professional football player. The news caught the host's thousands of followers by surprise because apparently their romance very well. Since then he had not made any statements about it until now, when he sympathized with one of his followers on Instagram.

The user of the platform wrote to her: “I just broke up with my ex and she is already seeing someone, what do I do? ”. Yante responded to the message in her stories, where for the first time she confessed that her ex-partner had been unfaithful to her with Martha Higareda.

“I understand you perfectly. The same thing happened to me, I ended up with my ex and after 2 weeks I was already in Tulum with Martha. I recommend that you focus on you and not date someone just to fill the void. It is super important to heal before starting a relationship [...] I moved to NY, a dream I had since childhood,” she wrote.

After the controversial comment, the protagonist of Te Presento a Laura was questioned about respect in an interview she gave for Venga la Alegría and assured that the host's version is wrong, because when she met her current partner she made sure of her situation.

“It's very sad that I put it that way because that's obviously not true. Lewis is a very integral person and every time he has a relationship, he stays with that person and with that relationship [...] I find it very strange that she tells that story because, so I can say it with all her lyrics: It's a lie”, he declared.

Without giving many details, Martha Higareda assured that the athlete contacted her when he was already single and the first thing she checked to get to know him was to verify that he did not have a relationship, so she investigated her Instagram profile and did not find pictures with any ex-girlfriend.

“Lewis and I came from relationships, from very parallel lives, one of my ex-boyfriends was diagnosed with narcissism.
