Victor Garcia recalled the passage of his life when he was Marimar Vega's boyfriend, this happened 18 years ago, shortly after the native of Ciudad Madero, Tamaulipas, left La Academia, a television project that launched him to fame in music.
But it was in his foray into acting, with the TV soap opera Azteca Los Sánchez, that he lived an affair with the daughter of the late actor Gonzalo Vega. Victor said that he fell in love in the middle of the coexistence of the popular soap opera in 2004, this after at first the actress who was recently married to another man was distant and rejected him.
“She's always been a bit rejega, she's distant, a little grim. She's a little girl who I think knows what she wants. At that moment, I thought she was a very beautiful woman, very pretty and I threw the wave at her, she didn't peel me,” said the singer in the program El minuto that changed my destiny.
And it was then that the actors had to strengthen ties to reflect affinity on the screen, because in the aforementioned Azteca project they had to be boyfriends: “To finish grinding her, because she has to be my partner, so we had to somehow do chemistry because that had to work on television,” he added.
And it was thanks to this plot twist that the attraction gradually arose in real life, which is why Marimar was also fascinated by García's acting performance.
“We started there and it already felt very nice, besides she really liked my character, he was a very noble guy, but with great appearances. Everything is wonderful, even in this environment everything is beautiful, everything shines. She is very beautiful, with makeup I look more handsome”, he added.
Víctor stressed that his relationship with the 38-year-old actress, who married filmphotographer Jerónimo Rodríguez a few days ago, was marked by the admiration he professed to her in the acting field, as he also showed her some techniques to give greater projection to her own character.
“We were all talking about the characters, my question was: 'And how are we going to talk? what is the tone? ' and they all turned to see me (...) At that moment when I drew attention, I realized that: 'Oh, I already spoke beautifully, I spoke captivating'”, he recalled.
In the interview with Gustavo Adolfo Infante, Victor Garcia expressed his thanks to Gonzalo Vega, as the remembered actor accepted him as part of his family while he was Marimar's boyfriend.
“Everything beautiful, youth, financially being well, being independent, self-sufficient. There were many elements that made that magical, but what I value most is that his father at some point in his life opened the doors of his home for me, definitely a great gentleman,” he acknowledged.
And the fact is that the memories of the former academic spread after a few days ago the actress married director of photography Jerónimo Rodríguez, this being her second marriage after the one she had with Luis Ernesto Franco, in a ceremony held in Acapulco, Guerrero.
The actress of soap operas Amor captivo and Silvana sin lana got married surrounded by friends from the art world and their family, and some moments of the marriage link were shared on social networks. This is how Marimar stated this stage of happiness:
“I don't even know how to express the gratitude I feel! First for you, Jero, how fortunate to have you as a life partner, my beautiful love. Thank you, thank you to everyone who made this day so endearing,” the actress wrote after the link on her Instagram account.
