Marko Cortes was criticized for congratulating Cabeza de Vaca despite shooting in Nuevo Laredo

The arrest warrant was issued by the State Prosecutor's Office following an investigation conducted by the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU). Faced with the investigations of alleged illicit enrichment, Cabeza de Vaca called them false and accused Santiago Nieto, who headed the FIU, of being a “hitman” dedicated to eliminating Morena's political adversaries.
