PREPARATION
1. The first thing we need to do is have all the ingredients ready and ready to start. Then we will preheat the oven to 180°C or 350°F and place butter paper on the base of the trays that we will use to bake the cookies.
2. Now we melt the butter in the microwave and let it cool down a little.
3. Mix the flour, baking soda and salt and reserve the dry ingredients.
4. Now, in a mixer, we beat the melted butter with the brown sugar and white sugar.
5. Add the cinnamon, vanilla, egg, egg yolk and beat for a few more minutes until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
6. Add the flour and other dry ingredients and stir until everything is mixed and integrated.
7. Finally, add the flaked oats and raisins (optional) and mix that so that everything is perfectly combined.
8. We make balls with the dough and place them separately on the tray so that they do not stick together when cooking and repeat until we use all the dough and make all the cookies.
9. We bake for 14-16 minutes or until they look slightly golden on top and then remove from the oven.
10. We wait for them to cool for a few minutes and remove from the tray to place them on a plate. It is important not to remove them if they are too hot, as they will be more fragile and can break and damage.
