The victory of Kyara Villanella, daughter of Keiko Fujimori, in Miss Peru La Pre 2022 has not been everyone's cup of tea. Since it was announced that she was one of the four winners out of 160 candidates who ran, users lashed out at the organization to accuse it of being “fraudulent” and even a candidate denounced alleged preferences.

But the 14-year-old got the brunt of it. On Twitter, netizens not only criticized her beauty, but also questioned her triumph. This is due to the relationship he has with his grandfather Alberto Fujimori, sentenced to 25 years in prison for crimes of corruption, embezzlement and against humanity.

In addition, several missologists assured on the platform that the daughter of the leader of Fuerza Popular does not meet the requirements necessary to be a beauty queen. In fact, several questioned his answer in the final round of questions, which was decisive for the subsequent coronation of the winners.

Due to the insults and attacks on the teenager, the name of Kyara Villanella became a trend on the aforementioned social network. However, several users came to the defense of the young model to call for a halt to the bullying campaign that is now against her.

“Kyara is a minor, stop attacking a girl”, “Attacking the contest because the candidates have been handpicked is okay, but attacking Kyara by her surname? Please”, “Keiko's daughter is not to blame for carrying Fujimori stigma, let's not be cruel”, “Really questionable to offend or mistreat a person for being the daughter or son of a politician or someone who may have committed a crime. That is acting with a sick hatred,” were some signs of support that Villanella received.

It should be noted that Kyara is not the only one who is being questioned on social networks. The daughters of 'Tomate' Barraza and Nilver Huarac have also received strong criticism since they were named as the victors. Mia Lopez, better known as Mia Loveday, was the only one who was not part of the so-called “daughter of celebrities” group.

KYARA VILLANELLA COULDN'T STAND THE EXCITEMENT KNOWING THAT SHE WON

Named as the third queen of Miss Peru La Pre 2022, Kyara Villanella dropped to the ground with excitement, although she quickly joined to embrace Gaela Barraza, daughter of 'Tomate' Barraza, who also won the contest with the daughter of the music producer.

“How are you feeling Kyara?” , a member of the jury asked her when he noticed her reaction, to which she replied: “Like Gaela”. And it is that seconds earlier, Barraza admitted that she felt very nervous about knowing the final results.

“Girls, you're going to have to work. They will become the spokespersons of the organization and they will have to be exposed to everyone. The idea is that they become the voice not only of the Top 10, but of all those who have competed,” said Jessica Newton, organizer of Miss Peru.

It should be noted that the selected ones will soon travel to El Salvador. Once there, they will all prepare, and the former beauty queen will have the difficult task of choosing in which international competitions they will represent the country.
