The scandal is huge in Villa Dolores, a city located 190 kilometers southeast of the capital of Cordoba. And many relate it to what happened in Palermo on February 28: three young people were arrested and charged with the alleged gang rape of a teenage girl.
Judicial sources reported that “the First Nomination Prosecutor's Office of Villa Dolores ordered and carried out the arrest of three adult subjects charged with alleged involvement in an act of sexual abuse with carnal access aggravated by the participation of two or more persons.”
The investigation began in the judicial unit of Villa Dolores, which is less than 50 kilometers from Mina Clavero, “following the complaint made by the mother of a girl under 17 years of age”. Sources indicated that the victim testified after having “met with a psychologist from the judiciary, as well as witnesses”.
The sexual assault reportedly occurred on the way out of a bowling alley in Villa Dolores and, according to the investigation, the alleged perpetrators were identified and, after their respective homes were found, detention was ordered.
“The defendants were transferred to Penitentiary Establishment No. 8, and the proposed defense lawyers are expected to take office,” the sources of the case detailed.
