Gang rape in Palermo: prosecuted with pretrial detention and seized the six detainees

They are accused of “sexual abuse with carnal access, aggravated by the intervention of two or more persons” and “minor injuries”. The withholding imposed by the judge was $35 million

The Criminal and Correctional Judge No. 21, Marcos Fernández, prosecuted the six detainees with preventive detention on Tuesday for the group rape of a 20-year-old girl in the Buenos Aires neighborhood of Palermo, on February 28. The magistrate also blocked an embargo on their property for 35 million pesos.

Judicial sources informed the news agency Télam that the indictments fell on the defendants Ángel Pascual Ramos (23), Lautaro Dante Ciongo Pasotti (24), Thomas Fabian Dominguez (21), Steven Alexis Cuzzoni (20), Franco Jesús Lykan (24) and Ignacio Retondo (22), for the crimes of “sexual abuse with carnal access, aggravated by the intervention of two or more persons” and “minor injuries”.
