Kenia Lopez Rabadan, deputy coordinator of the National Action Party (PAN) of the Senate of the Republic, filed a complaint with the Special Prosecutor for Electoral Crimes (FEPADE ) against Moby Miento de Regeneration Nacional (Morena) for using a social program in elections. .

In a document released by Senator Panista, the Cherry Party is accused of being “responsible for carrying out a cumbersome campaign that affects citizens”.

According to LM-CM-3pez Rabadan, the campaign has proven itself in promoting propaganda that leads to the provision or continuation of social programs, such as pensions for the elderly, scholarships for young people and children, and assistance to women and rural areas. “Even with a forced vote, the subway can continue operating for 5 pesos or continue to apply the vaccine.” The legislator added.
