Kenia López Rabadán, deputy coordinator of the National Action Party (PAN) of the Senate of the Republic, has filed a complaint with the Special Prosecutor for Electoral Crimes (FEPADE ) against the Mobi Miento de Regeneration Nacional (Morena) party for the election use of social programs. .

In a document released by Senator Panista, the Cherry Party is accused of “being responsible for implementing a cumbersome campaign that affects citizens.”

According to López Rabadán, the campaign has proven itself in the deployment of propaganda that conditions the provision or continuity of social programs, such as pensions for the elderly, scholarships for young people and children, and assistance to women and the countryside. “Even by forcing a vote, the Metro can continue for a fee of 5 pesos, or continue to apply the vaccine.” The legislator added.
