Businesswoman Ale Venturo is involved in a family problem with her daughter's father. According to the program Amor y Fuego, the couple of 'Gato' Cuba denounced Daniel León for physical and psychological violence.
According to the police report, Natalie Vértiz's best friend did not reach an agreement with the father of her little girl in the conciliation they had, a fact that caused her to become obfuscated and react aggressively against her.
“(...) showing very aggressive behavior against him, throwing a fist on the conciliation table, throwing away his glasses, pulling his polo shirt desperately, wanting to go aggressively to the street,” says part of the complaint.
It should be noted that after the complaint was announced in the program led by Rodrigo González, Ale Venturo has not commented on the matter. However, his ex-partner was encouraged to testify to the Willax television magazine.
WHAT DID DANIEL LEÓN SAY ABOUT THE COMPLAINT AGAINST HIM?
The ex-partner and father of Ale Venturo's daughter pointed out that he has never touched the businesswoman violently, but acknowledged that both have at some point come to insult each other, so he did not rule out psychological violence.
“I have never hit any woman in my life, much less Alexandra, we may have had a toxic relationship, on both sides, because she is a totally unbearable woman, but I have never done those things that she is claiming,” he said.
Likewise, Daniel León said that he did not reach an agreement with Ale Venturo in the settlement because she asked him for a lot of money, so she told him that she would initiate a claim for alimony.
“Give him 4 thousand 500 soles, obviously I am not going to accept those terms, because it was like a trap to bring me to trial. He said, 'Now that we're going to trial you can't see... again until the trial is over. ' That is, they are locking me in a trap,” he said.
“I have simply been cut off all avenues to hear from my daughter as if I were a criminal. I have everything to lose in a situation that is so unfair. I find it hard to believe that Alexandra is going to get away with it,” he added.
ACCEPT THAT HE HAD AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOR DURING THE CONCILIATION
“What an injustice all this, I hope justice is done and the real person that Alexandra is seen. That is not true (the complaint), Alexandra is exaggerating everything to victimize herself and make me look like a monster, on the day of the lawyers that I was with my lawyer on the side, I did lose the papers, I threw away my glasses, I threw away my own glasses because at the time we were trying to negotiate the settlement and she decided he wanted to go to trial, I said: 'Okay, okay, then let's go to trial'. Until we go to trial, I'm going to keep seeing... so he's going to continue with the same regime we've been having until today in the conciliation, that I wanted to see my daughter every day and I was going to keep taking care of the payments, etc.
