A VENEZUELAN RAPED A GIRL AND WANTED TO BURN HER

A girl under the age of 11 is between life and death after a Venezuelan citizen sexually abused her and then burned her alive so she won't report it to the authorities. The subject, husband of the victim's aunt, is found to have not been after being released twice by the Piura Police.

The incident occurred in the Los Polvorines area of the Twenty-Six of October district, where Cristian José Romano Ledezma (24) outraged the minor and threatened to kill her entire family so that she would not report it. However, in fear that his victim will speak, he took advantage of the fact that she was resting, sprayed alcohol on her mattress and set it on fire.

Minutes later, the relatives were alarmed to hear the cries of the minor and found her burning in flames. Her abuser, trying to pretend to be innocent, helped in the transfer of her victim to the city's Santa Rosa hospital where she stayed until the girl woke up and asked to speak to a family member.

In her testimony, the little girl accused Romano Ledezma of being the one who set her on fire and abused her when they were alone.

The Venezuelan citizen fled the scene, but was arrested by the police. However, a few hours later he was released because no complaint was filed against him.
