During today's session, which was held both face-to-face and virtually, the Peruvian Libre parliamentarian a href="https://www.infobae.com/tag/guido-bellido/"bGuido Bellido was heard demanding that his fellow bench members vote against the admission of the motion.
At the end of the debate and the voting process began, some microphones of those who were following the session virtually were turned on and it was possible to hear what at that moment was saying: “Red did we send him, right? ” you hear one of the congressmen say.
Then you can identify the voice of the legislator of Peru Libreb and former president of the council of ministers, Guido Bellido, who says: “All in red, ah! I'm looking at them! ”. Faced with these comments, a parliamentarian asked that the microphones be turned off out of respect for the vote.
For his part, the spokesman for Peru Libre, Waldemar Cerrón, referred to Bellido's phrases during the voting process and stated that it was just a joke.
“That's a joke and, as I say, get used to it. The audio has not been leaked, but the ones that have been leaked are the ones that have listened to,” he said at the front of the Congress.
Regarding Congressman Pariona's abstention vote, he said that this reflects a “true democracy” in the interior of Peru Libre and that he considered that discrepancies within the party are normal.
In addition, the legislator called the attitude of the congressmen who voted in favor of the admission of the vacancy motion against Pedro Castillo as “abusive and obstructive”.
