However they weren't finished yet and Kevin De Bruyne made it 3-0 at the 32 minute mark. The first half ended 3-0.
Man City started the second half with an intensified spirit, with an early goal from Riyad Mahrez in the 49th minute. Man City looked to have the game under control when they scored again, thanks to a 2nd effort from Kevin De Bruyne at the 62 minute mark to establish a 5-0. Cityzens looked to have the game under control when they scored again and incerased their lead, thanks to a goal from John Stones, 74 minutes in to establish a 6-0. They then scored again, increasing their advantage thanks to a goal from Nathan Ake at the 78 minute mark with a final score of 7-0.
Man City brought on Ilkay Gundogan, Fernandinho and Nathan Ake for Bernardo Silva, Rodri and Ruben Dias. Leeds brought on Mateusz Klich, Joe Gelhardt and Cody Drameh, to replace Jamie Shackleton, Daniel James and Junior Firpo.
There were bookings for Ruben Dias from Man City, and Junior Firpo, for Leeds.
Man City will play their next fixture away against Newcastle United, while Leeds will face Arsenal at home.
