Win for The Old Lady at the Allianz Stadium, as they beat The Blues 2-1

Juve enjoyed a mesmerising home victory against Napoli at the Allianz Stadium on Wednesday. Juve arrived with the intention of increasing their league score following a disappointing 2-2 draw with Torino in their previous game. Napoli were coming from consecutive wins against Crotone and Roma. After today's result, Juve are in 3rd place on the table and has 59 points while Napoli sit in 5th with 56 points after 3 matches.

The Old Lady started the game well, thanks to Cristiano Ronaldo finding the net, on 13 minutes to see out the first half 1-0.

Juve continued to apply pressure in the second and were rewarded, with a goal from Paulo Dybala, 73 minutes in. The Blues in turn, then responded just before the final whistle increasing their lead with an effort from Lorenzo Insigne and seeing the game end 2-1.

For Juve, Paulo Dybala, Weston McKennie and Arthur, came on for Alvaro Morata, Juan Cuadrado and Federico Chiesa. Napoli brought on Matteo Politano, Victor Osimhen, Mario Rui, Eljif Elmas and Andrea Petagna, to replace Hirving Lozano, Diego Demme, Elseid Hysaj, Dries Mertens and Fabian Ruiz.

There were bookings for Alex Sandro from Juve, and Kalidou Koulibaly and Amir Rrahmani, for Napoli.

Juve will next play Genoa at home, with Napoli facing Sampdoria away.
