The Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) is pleased to announce the launch of its new website (uci.org). With a more attractive design and enhanced navigation, this entirely responsive platform is easier to use. The objective of the redesign it to offer media, National Federations and all cycling’s stakeholders a unique and user-friendly experience that meets their expectations and needs.
New design
The website’s structure has been entirely reviewed to strengthen its appeal. The home page features a new design and showcases races in progress, cycling’s different disciplines and principal information about the UCI and its activities.
Responsive format
The website offers a new, simpler, experience for visitors, and adapts to all screens (computers, mobile telephones and tablets) so users can consult the UCI website regardless of their preferred means of obtaining information.
Live timing
The platform integrates live commentaries and results of UCI events, enabling visitors to immerse themselves in the racing. During the 2021 UCI Road World Championships in Flanders (Belgium), fans can follow the events live on www.uci.org for the first time, meaning they won’t miss any key moments of the competitions.
Simplified searching
A search bar has been added, with a voice command option that facilitates access for all types of user. This tool enables visitors to find content more quickly, whether it is articles, documents, events, technical information, etc.
The new UCI platform was developed by the UCI in collaboration with digital agency Stadion.
