World Bowling Championships 2017 to Be Shown Live on the Olympic Channel

World Bowling have today confirmed that the World Bowling Championships 2017 will be carried live on the Olympic Channel to a worldwide audience on December 3rd and 4th from South Point Casino in Las Vegas.

The 10 day event which is set to begin on November 24th, will showcase 390 of the world’s top men and women athletes from 42 countries. Fans will be able to watch the action from the final two days of the event including the Trios, Teams and Masters Events, live on the Olympic Channel at olympicchannel.com and on its mobile apps as well as on the event website http://2017wc.worldbowling.org/

The Olympic Channel is a multiplatform media destination where fans can experience the power of sport and the excitement of the Olympic Games all year round, and is available worldwide via mobile apps for Android and iOS devices and at olympicchannel.com.

World Bowling CEO, Kevin Dornberger says "We are excited to be extending our reach to sports fans across the globe through this innovative new platform. Although World Bowling have already produced several small features for the Olympic Channel, being able to livestream our World Championships on the platform gives our event an added value.
