The president of Panam Sports, Neven Ilic, will make his tenth visit to the Peruvian capital so far in 2019.
Ilic will be accompanied by the Secretary General, Ivar Sisniega, and the President of the Coordination Commission for Lima 2019, Keith Joseph from Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.
Also part of this new inspection are the members of the Infrastructures Monitoring Commission headed by the president of the Chilean Olympic Committee, Miguel Angel Mújica. He is joined by the president of the Panamanian Olympic Committee, Camilo Amado, the secretary general of the Haitian Olympic Committee, Alain Jean Pierre , and the President of the Softball Federation of the Dominican Republic, Garibaldy Bautista.

Bautista is the newest member of the team. It is his second international appointment following his work for the Infrastructure Commission of the World Baseball and Softball Confederation. .Bautista is also the head of mission of his country for the 2019 Pan Ams.
