(ATR) Madrid is making its presentation to IOC members.

The Spanish capital is the third and final bid city to present. Spanish Prime Minster Mariano Rajoy appears on behalf of the bid.

Istanbul 2020 presented at 9:00 AM, followed by Tokyo 2020 at 10:30.

Each of the three bids has 45 minutes to make a presentation, and will then answer questions from IOC members.

Following their presentations, each will hold a press conference.

After a lunch break and report from the Evaluation Commission, a vote is scheduled for 3:45 PM to 4:00.

If no candidate receives a majority on the first ballot, a second vote will take place.

The winning city will be revealed at a ceremony schedule for 5:30 PM.

At 6:30, the winning city will sign the Host City Contract and hold a joint press conference with the IOC.

The Session resumes Sunday at 9:00 AM.
