John Coates, le président de la commission de coordination des Jeux de Tokyo 2020, l’a martelé jeudi 16 avril sans trahir le moindre signe de lassitude : le prochain événement olympique devra se serrer la ceinture. Les Jeux seront mis au régime sec. Le mot d’ordre : tailler dans le gras pour éponger les surcoûts du report à l’été 2021.
