(ATR) Istanbul is making its presentation to IOC members.

The Turkish capital is the first bid city to present. Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdoğan spoke on behalf of the bid.

Tokyo 2020 presents at 10:30 AM, Madrid 2020 at noon.

Each of the three bids will have 45 minutes to make a presentation, and will then answer questions from IOC members.

Following their presentations, the bids will hold a press conference.

After a lunch break and report from the Evaluation Commission, a vote is scheduled for 3:45 PM to 4:00.

If no candidate receives a majority on the first ballot, a second vote will take place.

The winner will be revealed at a ceremony scheduled 5:30 PM.

At 6:30, the winning city will sign the Host City Contract and hold a joint press conference with the IOC.

The Session resumes Sunday at 9:00 AM.
