(ATR) The upcoming Olympic organizing committees and the IOC are all taking holiday breaks this week.
The International Olympic Committee
The IOC is closed for the holiday season as of Monday, Dec. 22.
In a message to Around the Rings, the IOC media relations team offered its tidings for the holidays.
"Season's greetings and best wishes for the New Year," the IOC said.

The IOC's office will remain closed until Jan. 5.
Rio 2016
The headquarters for Rio 2016 will be closed from Dec. 24-Jan. 4.
Phil Wilkinson, international media manager for Rio 2016, tells Around the Rings the media relations team will remain available by email.
"Our website and other digital channels will continue to publish fresh news and information during this period," Wilkinson adds.
PyeongChang 2018
Organizers tell ATR that PyeongChang 2018 will close its office on Dec. 25 and Jan. 1.
For the remainder of the year, POCOG will run as normal.
Tokyo 2020
The office for Tokyo 2020's organizing committee will be closed Dec. 27-Jan. 4.
Officials told ATR in a statement that Tokyo 2020 looks forward to the New Year.
"The Tokyo 2020 Organizing Committee would like to take this opportunity to express our sincere thanks to all our friends in the Olympic Movement for their kind cooperation and support over the past year," organizers said.
"Thanks to your efforts, Tokyo 2020 is now up and running, and we look forward to continuing our productive relationship with all stakeholders towards the delivery of a successful Games in 2020.
"We wish you all a very happy, sporting and prosperous 2015!"
Association of National Olympic Committees
The office for the Association of National Olympic Committees (ANOC) will be closed until Jan. 4.
ATR received a holiday message fromSheikh Ahmad Fahad Al-Ahmad, president ofANOC, last week. "On behalf of the entire ANOC team, I would like to extend my warmest season's greetings and best wishes for 2015.
"We look forward to working closely with you next year."
World Anti-Doping Agency
The World Anti-Doping Agency's (WADA) office will be closed Dec. 24-Jan. 4.
The WADA media team sent out a holiday message on Dec. 11.
"Thank you for your continued backing of clean sport throughout 2014," the message read. "We look forward to seeing you in the New Year."

Around the Rings
The Around the Rings worldwide headquarters will be closed only on Christmas and New Year’s Day.
