Jour J à Lausanne. La troisième édition des Jeux d’hiver de la Jeunesse débute ce jeudi 9 janvier dans la capitale olympique et ses environs. Elle s’annonce comme un cru historique, avec une participation record (1 872 athlètes) et un programme plus diversifié que jamais.

A la veille de l’ouverture, Thomas Bach s’est offert un bain de foule parmi quelques dizaines de jeunes compétiteurs, réunis à un jet de pierre du village des athlètes pour une cérémonie de bienvenue. Puis le président du CIO a fait face aux médias. Extraits.
