(ATR)The Sport Business Summit is a highlight of Leaders Week London 2019, which runs from October 7-10.
Organizers say 3000 C-suite and director level executives from more than 55 sports and 60 countries will attend, creating the largest gathering of senior executives from sport, technology and entertainment this year.
After 11 years at Stamford Bridge, the home of Chelsea FC, the Sports Business Summit is moving to Twickenham Stadium, the home of England rugby.
Speakers for the summit on Oct. 8-9 include DAZN Executive Chairman John Skipper, Juventus Chairman Andrea Agnelli, Hublot Chairman Jean-Claude Biver and StubHub President Sukhinder Singh Cassidy.
Other events during the week include Leaders Meet Diversity, which will bring together 300 of the executives and organizations who are driving diversity both on and off the field in sport. Former F1 driver David Coulthard will share his personal experiences and passion for a more diverse sports industry.

Olympic Channel's Parkman to Speak at ISC 2020
Olympic Channel General Manager Mark Parkman signs on to speak at the 2020 edition of the International Sports Convention (ISC).
After spending the last 10 years in Geneva and Amsterdam, the ISC is moving to the new Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London for its next edition on July 17-18, 2020.
"Mark has spoken at our previous editions in Geneva and we are delighted he has confirmed his participation at ISC London 2020. Broadcast/OTT/Live Streaming/Digital are key components of the content and the audience next year. Given 2020 will be an Olympic year and Tokyo 2020 – we are sure Mark will bring an insight into what will happen in the summer of 2020," Nigel Fletcher, CEO of the International Sports Convention said in a statement.
Fletcher adds that ISC will have close to 150 confirmed speakers by the end of this year.
The focus of the event is the business of sport and the ISC will feature nine conferences including Sports Digital, Digital Disruption in Football, OTT Sports, and Sports Sponsorship.
The ISC notes that there will be other networking events in London during the same week, including Sport and Sustainable Development Goals Summit and Women in Sports Business Summit.
Doping a Focus for Play the Game 2019
More than 150 speakers have signed up for next month’s Play the Game 2019 conference.
Russian Anti-Doping Agency Director General Yuriy Ganus and two IOC members are among the latest additions to the list.
Ganus will join Travis Tygart, the head of the United States Anti-Doping Agency, in a panel debate that will also include new iNADO Chairman Michael Ask, WADA Athlete Chair Beckie Scott, and investigative reporter Hajo Seppelt, who has spent the past 13 years exposing doping scandals.
Two IOC members representing athletes, Emma Terho from Finland and James Tomkins from Australia, have confirmed their participation in an opening panel featuring various types of athlete representatives.

The 11th edition of the international Play the Game conference will be the first held outside Europe.
Colorado Springs will be the host city for Play the Game 2019 from October 13-16.
Among the social activities on offer is an exclusive tour to the United States Olympic & Paralympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, home to nine Olympic and Paralympic sports.
IOC Members to Speak at Host City 2019
Two IOC members are among the latest speakers to be confirmed for Host City 2019.
Marisol Casado, who is also the International Triathlon Union (ITU) president, and Craig Reedie, whose tenure as World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) president ends on December 31, will be in Glasgow, Scotland on Nov. 26-27.
They join a roster of speakers that also includesLouise Martin, President of the Commonwealth Games Federation, ASOIF President Francesco Ricci Bitti, Glasgow Life’s Chief Executive Bridget McConnell and David Lappartient, President of the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI).
Entering its sixth year, Host City has become the largest meeting of cities and sports, business and cultural events.
Agenda topics for this edition include sustainability, disruption, gender equality, creating impact, procurement, readiness, fan engagement, titanic disasters and herculean achievements.
Host City is delivered with support from EventScotland, its primary Supporting Partner.
SportsPro OTT Awards Deadline Nears
The deadline to submit entries for the world’s first ever awards ceremony for sport focused OTT is Sept. 18.
The inaugural SportsPro OTT Awards will be handed out on Nov. 21 in Madrid at the end of the three-day SportsPro OTT Summit.
Organizers say more than 300 senior decision makers will celebrate the nominees and winners live on stage, with each gaining a powerful new authority that boosts credibility and attracts clients.
Judges include executives from DAZN, Sky, UEFA, and the PGA Tour.

The third edition of the summit, which organizers call the world’s leading digital sports broadcasting event, includes discussions onthe monetization of content, latency and delivery issues, combating piracy, the art of going direct-to-consumer, and how the emergence of technology is revolutionizing sports broadcasting.
More than 75 speakers are confirmed, among them representatives from Formula 1, FuboTV, beIN Media Group, Twitter, and golf’s European Tour.
More than 800 senior OTT and digital leaders will be attending from organizations including the NFL, ESPN, Amazon, Sky, Discovery, Google, the NBA, and Spain’s La Liga.
