The ITF announced that 21 different nations will contest the Junior Davis Cup and Junior Fed Cup by BNP Paribas Finals, held for the first time at the Caja Magica (Magic Box) arena in Madrid on 29 September - 4 October. Sixteen boys and 16 girls teams will take part in the competition.
Junior Davis Cup and Junior Fed Cup by BNP Paribas, now in its 31st year, is the ITF’s official team competition for players aged 16-and-under. A total of 168 teams from 94 countries have taken part in regional qualifying in 2015, with 15 boys and 15 girls teams joining hosts Spain in the Finals. USA is defending champion in both events.
The following nations will take part in the 2015 Finals:
Junior Davis Cup by BNP Paribas: Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Chinese Taipei, Colombia, Czech Republic, Germany, Hong Kong China, Japan, Poland, Russia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden and USA
Junior Fed Cup by BNP Paribas: Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Chinese Taipei, Colombia, Czech Republic, Egypt, Great Britain, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Russia, Spain and USA
The Finals will be staged at the Caja Majica for the next three years. This event will be held on 16 clay courts, including two stadium outdoor show courts, and managed by Madrid Trophy Promotion, organisers of the Mutua Madrid Open.

The Finals see boys and girls teams divided into four groups of four on a round-robin basis, with the top team in each group qualifying for the semifinals. Since the launch of the event in 1985, many of the world’s leading names have taken part in the competition, including current stars Novak Djokovic, Roger Federer, Rafael Nadal, Simona Halep, Caroline Wozniacki and Agnieszka Radwanska.
