The Hamilton2026 Commonwealth Games Bid Committee will host two separate Virtual Community Forums on Wednesday, September 30 at 4 p.m. ET and Thursday, October 1 at 4 p.m. ET.
Moderated by Hamiltonian sports journalist, Teddy Katz, these hour-long sessions will provide an opportunity for the public and media to learn more about the unprecedented opportunity to host the Hamilton2026 Commonwealth Games. A Games that will be customized to the needs of the region and designed specifically to accelerate the region’s regeneration efforts and build healthier communities. Participants will have the opportunity to engage with the Bid Committee as they address the Game Plan, Affordable Housing and the social impact strategy.
Each session will include a presentation by the Bid Committee and a panel of community experts, followed by a Q&A where comments and feedback are invited. Those that are unable to attend either session, questions may be submitted to the panel in advance through the registration link.
