(ATR) The AIBA Congress is underway in Jeju, South Korea, and ATR's Ed Hula III is there.

He discusses C.K. Wu's pending re-election as he presides over his third AIBA Congress, as well as the work Wu has done during his presidency and what we can expect from the rest of the event.
