Hat-trick for Holcomb: the US bobsleigh driver from the USA is on a rollafter his two-man victories in the Calgary and Park City races, bringing in yet another first inthe third round of the Viessmann FIBT Bob & Skeleton World Cup Tour 2013/2014. After thetwo runs down the Lake Placid track, 2012 World Champion Holcomb and brakeman StevenLangton had a 0.63 second lead on Swiss duo Beat Hefti/Alex Baumann. Nick Cunninghamand Dallas Robinson of the USA were just a fraction slower than the second-placed team,coming in third 0.64 seconds back on their home track.
After three races in the Viessmann FIBT World Cup Tour, Steven Holcomb (USA) continuesto head the overall two-man bobsleigh rankings with 675 points. Beat Hefti (SUI) is secondwith 604 points, and Nick Cunningham (USA) is third with 554.
