The Dover Saddlery/USEF Hunter Seat Medal Final will be held Sunday, October 15, 2017, at the Pennsylvania National Horse show in Harrisburg, Pa. Dover Saddlery will offer 10% discounts to all US Equestrian members through the Member Perks program (certain exclusions apply). "We are excited to introduce Dover Saddlery as the title sponsor of the USEF Hunter Seat Medal Final," said US Equestrian CEO Bill Moroney. "With US Equestrian’s continued focus on sharing the joy of horse sports at all levels, Dover Saddlery is a perfect fit for a partnership with the USEF Hunter Medal Final. The finals are one of the oldest championships for thousands of junior riders vying to qualify at competitions across the country. The championships are the proven ground for top equestrian talent who often go on to great success at the national and international levels. Previous winners include George Morris, Chrystine Jones Tauber, Kent Farrington, and many others."

At Dover Saddlery, English riders will find a large selection of riding apparel for schooling and show, tack, horse clothing, horse health, and stable supplies they need to spend more time in the saddle. Dover is proud to provide top quality products, which have been selected and tested by knowledgeable equestrians, to ensure the best quality.

"Partnering with US Equestrian is very exciting for Dover Saddlery and we are proud to be the title sponsor of the USEF Hunter Seat Medal Final. At Dover, we strive to carry quality products for all horse and rider teams as they move through the levels," said Michelle Visser, Chief Merchandising and Brand officer for Dover Saddlery. "We recognize the commitment and hours of training these competitors have devoted to their riding and horses to qualify for this very prestigious Medal Final and are pleased to support such talented and aspiring junior riders."

The USEF Hunter Seat Medal Final event is comprised of multiple rounds and judged on equitation over a course set at 3’6". All riders compete in the first round of the USEF Hunter Seat Medal Final. Judges select the top riders from round one to move on to compete in round two. The judges then have the option to select a smaller group of riders for further testing to determine the champion.
