Just over two years ago, senior members of LOCOG’s Venues and Infrastructure department of London 2012 established Trivandi, a consultancy that provides delivery and operational advice on major projects in the sport, leisure and event sectors.

Since then Trivandi, co-founded by James Bulley, Paul May and Jonathan Branson, have secured 17 consultancy assignments on many prestigious major projects, including the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games, the 2014 Grand Départ of the Tour de France, the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in East London and Queens Park Rangers’ planned new stadium. Further afield, the team is currently working on assignments for the next two Summer Olympic and Paralympic Games in Rio and Tokyo.

James Bulley OBE, Chief Executive said. "Host cities around the world see the tremendous boost that staging a successful mega-event can bring to their city and country. Now more than ever, cities and organisers appreciate that success lies in a well-planned, sustainable investment in venues and infrastructure, as well as delivering a high quality and safe experience for visitors. That is where we are being called on to support our clients, guiding and steering successful strategy and delivering first class mega-events and venues."

Trivandi have employed 21 staff over the past two years to work on their projects in roles including Strategic Consulting, Project Management and Assurance on venue planning, event delivery and operations. London 2012’s excellent safety record has also enabled Trivandi to share that knowledge and help venue and event clients become exemplars in safety leadership.
