Monday marks day 36 of the Sochi Olympic torch relay. Here are 14 things to know about the relay's schedule this week.

1) The Sochi torch relay arrives inAnadyr on Tuesday. The city is located along the Bering Strait; Sochi 2014 says Anadyr is "where Russia ends."

2) A lineup of 33 torchbearers will run with the flame throughAnadyr. The lineup includesRussian musherMichael Telpin, who hails from the region of Chukotka.

3) Next, the flame travels south to the region of Kamchatka. TheAvachinskiy volcano towers above the region at an elevation of approximately 2,741 meters.

4) The relay's first stop inKamchatka is in the city of Elizovo. Sochi 2014 says the city is a "major aviation hub" in the region.

5) Paralympic swimmerRoman Dubovoy is among 41 torchbearers who will run with the flame on Wednesday inPetropavlovsk-Kamchatsky.

6) Sochi 2014 dubsPetropavlovsk-Kamchatskyone of the "oldest Russian cities in the Far East."

7) On Thursday, the flame will tour Russia's largest island: Sakhalin in the northern Pacific.

8) Torchbearers will carry the flame on roller skis through Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, the capital of theSakhalin region, on Thursday.

9) The flame tours the city ofVladivostok on Friday and Saturday; actorYul Brynner was born inVladivostok.

10) Altogether, 200 torchbearers will carry the flame throughVladivostok. The line-up includes Olympic sprint canoeistIvan Shtyl.

11) Sochi 2014 says 70 distinguished guests will attend the flame welcoming ceremony at theVladivostok International Airport on Friday morning.

12) The relay begins circling back to European Russia on Sunday, and arrives inKhabarovsk.

13) TheKhabarovsk bridge across the Amur River is one of the main attractions of the region.

14) Natives from Khabarovsk includeRussian hockey star Gennady Tsygankov, Olympic speedskater Ivan Skobrev, and Olympic skier Aleksandr Panzhinskiy.
