USA Rugby has today announced the dates of the general ticket sales for Rugby World Cup Sevens 2018, which will take place in San Francisco next year. Tickets for all three days will go on sale on 20 July, exactly one year in advance of the tournament.

With the iconic AT&T Park – home of the famous San Francisco Giants – providing the dramatic backdrop to show off the skills of the best rugby sevens players in the world, it is expected that tickets will disappear quickly so fans are encouraged to buy now and avoid disappointment.
USA Rugby CEO Dan Payne said: "Our plans are right on track to make Rugby World Cup Sevens 2018 a tournament to remember. The ticketing programme is so important and it’s another exciting milestone for RWC Sevens that we have now set a date for that.
"With one year to go, the countdown is really on and we are pleased to announce the dates of the general sale today, giving fans the chance to save the date and plan ahead. We have seen a very strong response to the rugby community in the USA, all over North America and around the world as people plan their trip to San Francisco next year and we expect a huge level of interest when the tickets go on sale on 20 July."
