Bahrain Olympic Committee board member and chairwoman of the Women’s Sports
Committee Shaikha Hayat bint Abdulaziz Al Khalifa will head for Sharjah, in the UAE, to chair
the Supervising Committee meeting for the Third Arab Women’s Clubs Games in 2016.
Shaikha Hayat, who is also chairwoman of the National Arab Olympic Committees’ Women’s
and Sports Committee, will discuss several subjects related to setting up the timetable to begin
the necessary procedures in preparation for the next edition of the Games.
During the meeting, the committee will also determine the dates for the Games as well as the
number of its sports competitions, and reviewing the amendments on the Arab Women’s
Games statute.
Shaikha Hayat will travel along with Bahrain Olympic Committee’s International Affairs
Executive Coordinator Mohammed Al Zayed.
