Rio City Hall Announces the Conclusion of Three More Olympic Venues

Three more Olympic venues are ready for the Rio 2016 Games.

Three more Olympic venues are ready for the Rio 2016 Games. In the balance sheet published today by the City Hall, the Arena of the Future in the Olympic Park, the Whitewater Stadium in Deodoro Sports Complex and the Golf Course already reached 100% of the work and services under the municipality’s responsibility.

Also in Deodoro, the mountain bike and BMX courses are ready as well. The International Broadcast Center was handed to the Organizing Committee in the beginning of the current month. Venues such as the three Carioca Arenas, the Aquatic Stadium and the Athletes’ Village already reached 90% of their construction. The Olympic Park as a whole reached 94%.
