Registration Deadline for the 5th Ashgabat Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games Media Accreditation is July 15, 2017

The accreditation process for the Ashgabat 2017 5th Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games officially opens on May 30.

The accreditation process for the Ashgabat 2017 5th Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games officially opens on 30 May. The prestigious competition, which was first held in 2005 under the name Asian Indoor Games; will be staged in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan from 17–27 September featuring top athletes from countries across Asia and for the first time ever representatives from countries in Oceania.

The 5th AIMAG Executive Committee announced that all interested media based within the territory of one of the participating National Olympic Committees (NOCs) must submit their accreditation application directly to their NOC. Media organisations not based in the territory of one of the competing NOCs should submit their applications by email to media.accreditation@ashgabat2017.com.

– Applicant Notice

Ashgabat 2017 cannot guarantee provision of Pre-Valid Cards for applications submitted after the accreditation deadline – 15 July 2017.

Support throughout the accreditation process will be available from the Ashgabat 2017 Media Operations Team via email - media.accreditation@ashgabat2017.com.

The Accreditation Card for Ashgabat 2017 (AIMAGIAC) establishes the identity of its holder and acts as a multiple entry visa into Turkmenistan for the registered holder between 18 August 2017 and 12 October 2017.
