One Year on the Job for FISU President -- ATRadio

(ATR) Oleg Matytsin is celebrating his one year anniversary as president of the International University Sports Federation (FISU).

In his first year on the job, Matytsin has successfully organized the next three World University Championships, hosted the International Day of University Sport for the first time and has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the IOC to insure FISU uses their relationship with universities to promote Olympic values.

FISU was formed in 1949 and coordinates activities for over 100 national university sports federations including the World University Games hosted every two years. Next year the winter edition is set for Almaty, Kazakhstan with the summer version to take place in Taipei.

President of the International University Sports Federation Oleg Matytsin talks about these developments and more on the latest edition of ATRadio with ATR Editor Ed Hula.
