The week begins as the Olympic Channel explores the relationship between golfer Fabian Gomez of Argentina and his caddie Adrian 'Coco' Monteros in the "Gold Medal Entourage" series.
In this episode, Gomez discusses how Monteros not only assists him on the green but in the kitchen as well.
"From the personal and professional aspect, it is really important for a player like Fabian to have a caddie with whom you can share your practices and also time outside the course," Gomez's manager Adrian Gonzalez states.
A new episode of "Gold Medal Entourage" will be featured every Monday.
The first episode of the new channel series "Flame Throwers" will premiere on Tuesday. The program examines the impact the Games of different time periods have had on communities and its influence on individuals.In this week's episode - London 2012 Legacy in Action - viewers meet Olympic gold medal winning canoeist Etienne Stott from Great Britain who discusses his experience at the 2012 Games. Viewers also get a look at a young teen who strives to emulate the heptathlon athlete and Olympic medalist Jessica Ennis-Hill and the baby who was also named after the medalist four years after the London Games have come to an end.
Three new episodes of the "Hitting the Wall" series will be featured on Wednesday. Rio 2016 silver medalist fencer Enzo Lefort, Sochi 2014 Olympic gold medalist curler Kaitlyn Lawesand others will be putting some of the fitness leaders of the world to the test by challenging them to complete each athlete's personal workout routines.
The "Generation Rise" series continues on Thursday with two new episodes. The program features 2016 Rio Olympic athletes and more working to make a name for themselves in the Middle East and North Africa. Some of the athletes include Hasnaa Lachgar, Sheik Saeed Al Maktoum, Yousef Mirza and Farhan Sultan.
The Olympic Channel have partnered with the International Floorball Federation (IFF), agreeing to live streamselect matches from the 2016 Men’s World Floorball Championships. The championships - held in Riga, Latvia - will begin on Dec.3 and conclude on Dec.11.
The Fencing: Torino Grand Prix (Dec.1-3) will also stream live this week.
