The "Gold Medal Entourage" series, which takes you behind the scenes of the life of everyday athletes, takes a look at the relationship between two friends. Olympic Judo medalists Kayla Harrison and Marti Malloy of the United States share what it's like to compete in the Olympics and discuss life as best friends.

A new episode of "Gold Medal Entourage" will be featured every Monday.

On Tuesdays, the "Z team" program highlights some of the most unaccomplished youth sports teams receiving a helping hand from Olympic legends and coaches. In this week's episode former Swedish handball player and two-time Olympic medalist Thomas Sivertsson will be traveling to England to assist the Deva Handball Club. The club was established in 2003 becoming one of the the largest clubs in the country accommodating players aged 7-77.

The new series "Transform My Meal" debuted last week and you can expect four more episodes this Thursday. The lifestyle cooking program partners world class chefs with Olympic athletesas they learn how to change their eating habits by turning mundane dishes into gourmet meals without sacrificing nutrition.

To end the week, you can take a look back in time as "On the Line: 100 Meters" relives unique moments in the history of athletics, each episode centering on a single Games and story. On Friday the focus will be on Mexico City and the 1968 Summer Games. There was some controversy surrounding the Games as Olympic medalists Tommie Smith and John Carlos performed a silent protest during a medal ceremony. The two were recently recognized by President Barack Obama and appointed ambassadors for the USOC.

"Kids Call" premieres on Friday. In a series of short videos, some of the world's youth reveal their opinions on subjects including the performances of Olympic athletes and team uniforms.

The Olympic Channel is currently streaming the Pacific-Asia Curling Championships in Korea live until Nov.12 and will also stream the IOC Women and Sport awards in Lausanne, Switzerland live this afternoon at 3:45pm.
