The International Francophone Organization (OIF) and the Africa International Sports Convention (CISA) signed on Tuesday, February 10, 2015, a Memorandum of Understanding for the organization of the 9th edition of CISA, scheduled from March 12 to 14, 2015 in Kigali, Rwanda.
Through this partnership, OIF will support the action of CISA and JAPPO, the company organizing CISA, for the success of this major event.
OIF has had representatives in the two previous editions in Senegal in 2013 and Capo Verde in 2014. OIF also regularly supports activities and projects initiated by JAPPO since the 2012 Olympic Games in London. Last year, at the Youth Olympic Games in Nanjing, fifteen African NOCs were kitted by JSPORTS with the support of OIF and the Association of French speaking NOCs (AFCNO).
