Stamford, Conn. – February 6, 2018 – NBC Olympics’ coverage of the XXIII Olympic Winter Games from PyeongChang, South Korea, begins live on NBC in primetime on Thursday, Feb. 8, at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT. NBC Olympics will feature more than 2,400 hours of coverage, 10 days of 24-hour programming, and a Winter Olympics-record 89 commentators.

Mike Tirico, who will be making his debut as NBC’s primetime Olympic host, will anchor coverage of the Opening Ceremony on Friday, Feb. 9, at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT, alongside award-winning journalist Katie Couric, who co-hosted the Opening Ceremony in Sydney, Salt Lake, and Athens.
