MV Transportation, Inc. Acquires Global Event Transportation Leader

MV Transportation, Inc., today announced it has acquired Transportation Management Services UK Limited (TMSUK), the Major Games Division and wholly owned subsidiary of Transportation Management Services, Inc., a world leader in the design, planning and operation of transportation systems for major special events around the globe. The company’s current contracts will continue to operate under TMSUK through June 2015 and new contracts will be bid under MV Transportation, Inc. Financial details of this deal will not be disclosed.

TMSUK has become a trusted and respected transportation partner for high profile organizations and special events, such as the Olympic and Paralympic Games, the World Cup and Club World Cup, the Pan Arab Games, the Pan American Games, Asian Cup and Formula One Events. With upcoming events such as the Summer Games in London and the Grand Prix in Abu Dhabi, TMSUK will now bring the high standards they’ve established in the industry into the MV portfolio. In addition, the company is currently providing operational support and/or superior planning acumen for events in Scotland, Dubai, Brazil, and Austin, Texas.

TMSUK President Mr. Brad Kurtz along with all TMSUK International Transportation Specialists will transition to MV Transportation. The TMSUK office will remain in the United Kingdom and the office in

Abu Dhabi, UAE will become the MV Transportation base for its Middle East operations. MV also holds a transportation management contract with Earadat Transportation in Saudi Arabia.
