Tokyo Reaction

A few hundred Tokyo 2016 supporters watched the vote at the landmark Tokyo Tower. After Chicago was eliminated, there was a brief glimmer of hope that Tokyo would pull off an upset before the city was eliminated minutes later in the second round of voting.
