The Olympic Park Legacy Company has launched a formal process to appoint sponsors for the Stadium, the Aquatics Centre and the Multi-Use Arena.
Organisations have the unique opportunity to associate their brands with some of the most iconic sporting and entertainment venues in the country, through naming rights and other sponsorship deals.
The Stadium will host the 2017 World Athletics Championships, while the Aquatics Centre and the Multi-Use Arena are expected to serve over a million visitors a year when they re-open after the Games. They will be among an anticipated 9.3m visitors a year to the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park from 2016.
Parties have until 2 March 2012 to register their interest, before being invited to submit a proposal. The Legacy Company aims to appoint sponsors in May 2012.
Andrew Altman, Chief Executive of the Olympic Park Legacy Company, said:
"This is a rare opportunity to become part of one of the most exciting new places in the world. Billions of people will see these venues during the Games, and millions more will visit every year.
"We are looking for sponsors who share our vision to create an inclusive Park that promotes healthy living and offers sporting, training and employment opportunities to our local communities.
"The fact that we aim to appoint sponsors before the Games even start is another example of how London is further ahead in planning legacy than any previous host Olympic City."
The venues and the Park will begin to re-open in 2013 after they have been converted to their legacy configuration.
The Aquatics Centre will become the country's top swimming facility with two 50m pools with moveable floors and booms, along with a diving pool and 2,500 seats which can be extended to 3,500 seats for large events. It is anticipated to attract up to 800,000 visitations a year.
The Multi-Use Arena, known as the Copper Box and hosting handball during the Games, will be the third largest arena in London with 7,500 seats and will host an exciting mix of sporting, commercial and cultural events, along with community sport. It is anticipated to attract up to 400,000 visitations a year.
The Stadium will be a 60,000 seat multi-purpose venue and the new national centre for athletics. The Legacy Company is currently running a bidding process for other sporting, cultural and commercial uses and plans to appoint the winning bidders in May 2012.
The Legacy Company will then look to appoint a Stadium operator to manage the facility on a day-to-day basis.
Last month, the Legacy Company appointed Greenwich Leisure Limited as operator for the Aquatics Centre and the Multi-Use Arena.
