After the Lighting Ceremony, for the first time in the history of the Olympic Games, the Handover Ceremony of the Olympic Flame will also be broadcasted live through internet, on Thursday May 17, at 18.45p.m..
This historical innovation is implemented by the Hellenic Olympic Committee in cooperation with the International Olympic Committee for the Handover Ceremony of the XXX "LONDON 2012" Olympic Games at the Panathenaic Stadium, through the HOC’s website www.hoc.gr.
The broadcast will start at 18.45 p.m., the Greek company Sport Web TV (http://www.sportwebtv.gr/) has undertaken the production and will distribute the signal via Ustream. Anyone interested in the web stream should address directly to the Sport Web TV (Mr Kostas Georgiadis, kg@sportwebtv.gr).
