Eurosport is currently looking to appoint a talented Head of Communications to work in their London offices (Feltham & Covent Garden) and direct the promotion of its media platforms in the UK. As an experienced communications professional you will work closely with production departments at the channel's UK studios to showcase the broad range of sports broadcast by the channel throughout the year.

The successful candidate will be tasked with driving the awareness and understanding of the Eurosport channel and its associated products, in the UK market to consumers and respective sport and media industry organisations. You will be responsible for enhancing the reach and ratings of Eurosport on TV, online and on mobile, whilst effectively managing the UK Communications department.

The IPC is inviting cities to express their interest to participate in the bid process for the 2015 and 2017 IPC Athletics World Championships, in addition to the 2014 and 2016 IPC European Athletics World Championships.

These two events are some of the biggest para-sport competitions around the globe. The European Championships typically draw around 500 athletes from 40 countries, while the World Championships garner as many as 1,500 athletes from nearly 120 nations.

The AISTS Open Modules allow individuals from the working world to join the AISTS MSA (master in sport management) participants and gain all of the benefits of a university course and education on a focused topic, and in a condensed time frame. The modules are taught in English and include lectures by academics and professionals from the Internation Olympic Committee as well as other prestigious organisations. Modules are highly interactive; made of lectures, case studies and discussions. Modules welcome between 15 to 20 external participants.
